Are you a passionate, dedicated Leaving Care Support Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Leaving Care Support Worker to join a team based in Bolton (Hybrid).

Pay Rates: £14.89 - £18.74 per hour

Leaving Care Support Worker role: Full JD Available

• You will be required to Support Looked After Children, Care Leavers and Homeless Young People, aged 16 – 25
• Help them learn life skills, improve life chances, and develop independence
• Create plans with for each individual on their behaviour
• Work with colleagues and partner agencies regarding the young people
• Attend reviews and conferences and provide advice

Essential Requirements:

• UK Driving Licence, Vehicle, Business Insurance - mileage reimbursed
• NVQ Level 3 in caring for children and young people or equivalent
• Recent experience working with vulnerable young people and care leavers
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
