Pay Rates: £11.27 - £13.62 p/hr
About the role: Full JD Available
- This post will be used in part to support the services' efforts in supporting discharges from wards in a safe and timely manner.
- To contribute to and undertake assessments, review and support planning services to adults with in Mental Health Services who meet the Care Act eligibility criteria.
