Newly Qualified Adult Social Worker – Liverpool

Location – Wavertree OSS, Liverpool, L15 4LP

35 hours  - On going contract - £27ph

• To contribute to the operational delivery of an effective Adult Social Care Service as part of an integrated team responsible for safeguarding, support planning and promoting the wellbeing of adults with care and support needs continuously improving outcomes.
• Newly Qualified Social Worker required for Arundel House Community Mental Health Team. Primary responsibilities include: assessment and service delivery under the Care Act 2014, Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiries, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Best Interest Assessments, Social Circumstances Reports for Sections 2, 3 and 37 Tribunals/Appeals, complex hospital discharges from Acute Ward, Low and Medium Secure Forensic Mental Health Wards, and Rehabilitation Units. Good working knowledge of Liquid Logic and RiO systems is desirable.
