Job Description
North Northamptonshire - Supported Housing Manager
Location - NN17 1QG
Working hours: Monday to Friday 37 hours
Job Category - Housing, Benefits & Planning - On going contract
To develop and manage:
- The Council’s sheltered housing service,
- Lifeline community alarm service,
- The Pastures and The Laurels Traveller sites.
So that residents receive a high quality service and have the confidence to live independent and fulfilling lives.
- To provide leadership and strategic direction to staff in the Supported Housing Team.
- To develop good working relations with tenants so they have appropriate influence over the way in which their homes and sheltered housing schemes are managed.
- To exercise effective control over budgets, quality and performance in the Supported Housing team.
