Job Description
Plaster Required – Social Housing
0004 6114 / 1
Location: Leeds – Mobile Role
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-4pm
Pay: £15.00ph paid weekly
Duration: Ongoing
Notes: Must have own transport & be able to pass a DBS
Duties
Responsible for undertaking plastering services in a range of housing and non-housing properties, ensuring all work is of a high standard and carried out in strict compliance with all relevant legislation and council procedures concerning the health and safety of self and others.
Qualifications & Experience
Must have experience carrying out repairs in Voids/Social Housing
Must have access to own vehicle & driver’s license
Trade specific qualifications highly desirable but not essential
