Are you a passionate, dedicated Childcare Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Residential Childcare Worker to join a team based in Rochdale. You will be required to support and prepare young people to move on to a more permanent family life environment. 

Pay Rates: £16.62 per hour

Duration: 3 months initially 

Childcare Worker role: Full JD Available

• Work with children and young people aged 11 – 18 years old.
• Offer a nurturing approach.
• Help to improve challenging behaviours.
• Meet all needs of the children and young people.
• Work with colleagues and other professionals.
• Support them with daily activities such as cooking and cleaning.
• Help with education/ job applications.

Essential Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in looking after children and young people
• Must have experience working in a Children’s residential home
• Recent experience working with young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties aged between 11 – 18 years in a Children’s home environment
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced Child DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
