Solicitor - Childcare

Solicitor – Somerset

£60 per hour

Contract – Full Time:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• A childcare lawyer with experience of holding their own caseload of care cases including recovery orders, DOLs. 
• Experience of PLOs, ad hoc queries and contested adoptions also necessary.
• Previous experience of working within a local authority legal team and handling a busy caseload.
• We are looking for candidates experienced in dealing with public law childcare proceedings.
• Qualified to practice in England or Wales as a Solicitor or Barrister, or a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives or a part-qualified Legal Executive who can evidence that they will have finalised their qualification within 6 months of commencing employment
