Caretaker

School Caretaker Required 

Armley - LS12

Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm – 40 hrs per week

£12.37 per hour

Temp to Perm

Must be able to pass a DBS

Duties may include but are not limited to:

Security of buildings (Internal and External), including opening and closing of school grounds.

Monitor and document security apparatus/camera operation and reporting suspicious/illegal activity.

Provide basic maintenance service as required.

Apply safety measures to maintain safe access/egress in buildings and pathways/roadways/gullies/drains and ensure that they are clean and tidy and free from litter.

Carry out Porterage and Caretaking duties as required.

Report/remedy and comply with contractual/legislative Health & Safety issues.

Any other tasks that could be reasonably expected from the Handyman/ Caretaking service.

Respond to emergency callouts out of hours as required.

Respond to calls from the Helpdesk as required.
