Fabric Technician

Job Title: Fabric Technician 

Rate: £18-£20 (paid weekly via umbrella).

Location: Borehamwood, WD6

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: Temp to Perm

Environment: Commercial

Main Duties:

Work with the helpdesk to resolve issues, reporting on both PPM and Reactive tasks.

Oversee all third party suppliers ensuring they work safely and effectively.

Maintain fit for purpose safe, clean, tidy plant rooms.

Support and assist site in FM service delivery

Minor building fabric repairs.

Minor decorating tasks.

Minor plumbing repairs.

Maintain accurate documentation of all assigned work orders.

Comply fully with Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner.

Proactively walk the floors, reporting any maintenance or H&S issues to the helpdesk and appropriate manager
