Are you a passionate, dedicated Lead Practitioner looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Family Lead Practitioner to join a team based in Doncaster. You will be office based and based in family hubs across Doncaster with the potential of hybrid working.

You will be required to undertake whole family assessment, family plans and chairing Team Around the Family meetings, and prove high support and challenge, ensuring measurable and improved outcomes for children, young people and adults within the family unit.

Pay Rates: £16 - £19.75 per hour 

Duration: 12/01/2023 - 3.5 months

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, 37 hrs/week - Must be flexible - Office based

Family Lead Practitioner role: Full JD Available

• Contribute to timely advice giving, referral and/or duty processes.
• Contribute to early help assessments and family plans.
• Ensure the appropriate participation of the family and respond to non-engagement.
• Deliver family interventions.
• Arrange and chair reviews on a regular basis to track and show progress.
• Maintain up to date records.
• Write reports and attend meetings.
• Engage with professional supervision, appraisal, team and quality assurance and practice development.
• Build trusting working relationships.

Essential Requirements:

• Recent experience of working directly with children, young people and families in the widest sense both individually and in targeted groups
• Experienced in delivery of Early Help
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
