Grounds Maintenance Operatives Required

Mobile position covering cambridge grounds

Monday to Friday, 7am till 4pm.

Paying £15.50ph via umbrella

3 months with possibility for extensions.

Must possess a drivers license.

Grounds Maintenance

Upkeep of parks, open spaces, play areas, highways and housing land.

Operating and maintaining pedestrian and ride on machinery.

Planting, pruning, seeding, hedge cutting and grass cutting.

Digging, hoeing, raking and sweeping.

Applying herbicides, insecticides and fungicides.

Clearing snow, ice and grit spreading.

Operational Performance

General and routine grounds maintenance and street cleansing.

Cleansing

Range of cleaning and sweeping tasks within our streets and open spaces.

Requirements

2+ years’ experience working within similar role.

Qualifications are highly desirable but not essential

Must be able to pass a DBS
