Job Description
Handyman Required – Stafford, ST16
Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm
£12.50Ph via umbrella.
Lasting till 31st Jan 2022, but could be extended.
Maintenance of a large commercial office.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Hot and Cold-water checks. Legionella Tests.
Plumbing – Repairing Leaks, Changing Flushes, Changing Urinals, Unblocking Toilets.
Carpentry – Changing locks, hanging doors, and hinges.
Painting and Decorating.
Electrics – Changing plugs, switches, bulbs, sockets.
Assist with PPMs & Reactives
