Job Title: Handyperson (x2)

Hourly Rate: £14ph via umbrella

Location: Birmingham, B4

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-4.30pm, 8.30am-5pm and 9pm-5.30pm (alternating weeks).

Starting: ASAP

Duration: 4 months, could be extended if all goes well.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

First line response to reactive repairs.

Relamping of defective luminaries.

Minor building fabric repairs.

Minor decorating tasks.

Minor plumbing repairs.

Adhoc porterage duties (Moves & changes, furniture management & moves, etc).

Maintain accurate documentation of all assigned work orders.

Comply fully with Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner.

Proactively walk the floors, reporting any maintenance or H&S issues to the helpdesk and appropriate manager.

Requirements:

2+ years within similar experience
