Site Facilities Officer - Mobile

We are looking for a Mobile Site Facilities Officer to work as part of the Travellers team, ASAP Start.

Monday to Friday, 9am till 5:30pm

£12.75ph via umbrella.

Working across the whole of West Sussex, this role will provide practical support to numerous teams to deliver a quality service to our tenants and customers (including Travellers and resettled refugees).

The primary focus will be on maintaining the facilities and ensuring smooth operation at our 10 Traveller sites and refugees’ residences. This role is a mobile one, covering a wide area, and you’ll be required to travel between sites across the whole of West Sussex (a vehicle will be provided).

In addition, you should be willing to participate in an out of hours on call rota to support the needs of the service. There may be requirements to carry out physical work, and to work outside in inclement weather.

The main thing is that the person will be a good presence on site and ensure that site rules are adhered to. They will report issues as they find them and raise the work requests as necessary.

We are looking for an ASAP start for this role and will run for 6 months with the possibility of extension We are happy to consider someone with good FM knowledge, with basic experience.
