Are you a passionate, dedicated Support Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Support Worker to join a team based in Barnsley. 

Pay Rates: £10.19 - £12.36 per hour

Support Worker role: Full JD Available

• Assist service users in their own homes and across the borough of Barnsley to live as independently as possible and achieve their maximum potential
• Personal Care when needed
• Meal Preperation
• Maintain daily records
• Monitor service users and create assesssments
• Ensure social care/ health practitioners/ managers are kept informed as appropriate in relation to the personal development of service users

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience working with vulnerable people/ learning disabilities/ mental health problems/ physical disabilities/ complex needs
• UK driving licence and vehicle- preffered not essential 
• Experience administering medication- preffered not essential
• Trained in moving and handling- preffered not essential
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
