Are you a passionate, dedicated Team Leader looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Team Leader for a team of Key Workers for Young People Leaving Care. 

Pay Rates: £31.00 per hour

Team Leader role: Full JD Available

• You will join and manage a team of 5 Key Workers based in East London
• To support and supervise staff to maintain and raise the standards in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Company
• Ensuring all key workers have the correct skills for the role
• Make weekly checks on the properties and keep in touch with key workers
• To undertake routine administrative tasks and provide written reports and maintain the Young Person’s file
• Complete review, progress and Incident reports and risk assessments
• Carry out duties in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work act

Essential Requirements:

• Level 1 or 2 in Child Safeguarding
• Previous experience managing key workers
• Previous experience working as a key worker for young people leaving care
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
