We are currently looking for a Youth Justice Service Team Manager to work with one of our clients based in Cardiff. You will be working for the council.

Pay rate - £42ph

Job Purpose

• Cardiff Youth Justice Service is looking for a dedicated social work or equivalent, professionally qualified Team Manager on an interim basis pending a service restructure. As an experienced Team Manager you will be responsible for the direct line management of a team who work with young people at risk of, or involved in, the criminal justice system. You will be able to offer guidance and support to staff as well as review and quality check their work.

  This is an excellent opportunity to develop areas of work outside of supervision, specifically within the Quality Assurance side of youth justice work. You will work within a management team to develop the service, line management through to performance management and implementation.
