Job Description
Our Client is a leading healthcare and social services provider, is seeking an Activities Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Braintree. In this permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the wellbeing of service users, promoting British values, and fostering a sense of community.
Salary Range: £35,000.00
Location: Braintree
- Plan, develop, and maintain a comprehensive schedule of enrichment activities to improve service users' wellbeing and integration into British life.
- Assess the needs and interests of individuals and groups to plan and coordinate activities accordingly.
- Promote activities, contribute to promotional literature, and maintain accurate records of attendance at activities.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating enrichment activities in a healthcare or social services setting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with service users, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while ensuring the safety and welfare of all individuals involved.
- Experience in supervising and supporting welfare officers in communal areas and dining accommodation.
- Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards and promoting community integrations
