Pay Rates: £10.16 - £11.85 p/hr

Family Support Worker role: Full JD Available

• Our client are seeking a Family Support Worker to join their Children with Disabilities Short Breaks Team which offers a service to the most vulnerable children in Oldham
• Assessing and reviewing packages and offering family intervention
• Working with colleagues from all agencies to ensure effective service delivery

Essential Requirements:

• Experience working as a Family Support Worker for vulnerable children
• Experience working with Children with disabilities                                   
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
