Are you a passionate, dedicated Housing Officer looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Housing Officer to join a team based in Harrow. 

Pay Rates: £16.64 - £23.00 per hour

Housing Officer role: Full JD Available

• You will be required to provide a comprehensive housing management service to all tenants and lessees across the borough
• To ensure that all enquiries and complaints are dealt with
• To deal with tenancy and leasehold management issues, liaising with partners and other internal and external service providers
• To operate, maintain and contribute to the development of management arrangements, systems and procedures
• To implement rent arrears recovery procedures, instructing Legal Services and attending court hearings and evictions
• Provide advice on tenancy management
• Management of empty properties

Essential Requirements:

• UK Driving Licence and Vehicle
• An understanding of housing tenancies and knowledge of housing and related public sector legislation
• Experience providing housing services
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
