Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Assistant to join a nationwide organisation’s team. The role involves providing administrative support as part of a team to deliver these key objectives. The tasks involve contact with clients, their relatives and carers and recording onto a case management system. and assisting in the evaluation of client feedback to gauge the value of the Service. This role will be assisting welfare rights advisers who are providing support to people financially impacted due to Covid.

  • Knowledge of SAP ECC 6, MDG, VIM and MyBusiness portal
  • Preferably knowledge of the Master Data and Accounts Payable process
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel Inc. lookup and matching formulae & pivot tables
  • Good communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with external suppliers or internal/external stakeholders.
