Recruitment Resourcer – Ilford

Due to growth within the company, we are currently looking to bring in a Recruitment Resourcer to join us.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ever-expanding team with superb career progression. You will be provided with comprehensive training and work closely with senior consultants of the business. It is essential that you are organised, disciplined, sociable and confident. We need someone with excellent communication and telephone skills and the ability to source via social media, headhunting, advertising & networking with good time management / multitasking skills are desirable, you must have previous experience in the recruitment or care industry

Responsibilities include: -

  • Conducting telephone interviews with prospective candidates to establish suitability for various roles
  • Advertising vacancies onto job boards within company guidelines
  • Sourcing candidates via social media, job boards, cv searching and advert responses.
  • Work with the recruitment consultants to co-ordinate each stage from initial application through to offer of employment
  • Sourcing candidates using all available resources
  • Screening, qualify and assess suitability of sourced candidates
  • Managing and coaching each candidate throughout the process
  • Ensuring candidates receive all appropriate interview documentation
  • Preparing candidates for interview
  • Developing a strong knowledge of the social care sector

 

Recruitment Resourcer Candidate Skills:

  • Confident and reliant people not scared of cold calling
  • A high level of IT skills, proficient in Microsoft office
  • Be able to prioritise, plan and organise workloads whilst in a busy environment or working at home.
  • Good communication and inter personnel skills
  • At least one year’s Customers service experience.
  • Must have the ability to liaise with candidates of every level
  • Highly driven and gains satisfaction from a job well done
  • Achievers who want to be the best they can be
  • Team player
