Sovereign Housing Association – Administrator (Communities)

Location: Bristol - Brabazon, Filton, Somerset, BS34 7PZ

Contract: Initial one-month contract for the whole of December.

Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm

Payrate: £10.91 an Hour

Description:

To support service delivery of the Communities Team including our employment and training service - supporting residents into training, volunteering,

into work or better paid work, through telephone and administrative support to the Communities Team.

You will work closely with the employment team who coach residents and provide volunteering, training, work experience, confidence, money and digital opportunities.

Using excellent telephone service, you will support customers to identify their career goals and any money or digital skills they want to gain.

Through triage you will schedule a programme that meets their goals – setting up appointments with our Employment Coaches and enrolling them with our trusted money and digital partners. 

You will manage the external referral process into our partner offers.

It is meaningful work, so we celebrate the success of resident achievements and you’ll work closely with our Communications team, using social media to promote awareness and the achievements of residents.

You will also be at the centre of reporting monthly to our funder and our annual year end.

You will provide administration support across the team with most focus in the Employment and Training and Money and Digital teams.

Key Deliverables

Deliver an on boarding digital service to employment and training customers, including triage calls and administration to meet customer service standards.

Being the custodian of data on Microsoft SharePoint and play a critical role into the smooth transition in to Dynamics 365,

ensuring it’s complete and accurate to enable effective deployment of the team in excellent service delivery, and creating reporting to the Management Team.

Co-ordinate and organise Partnership meetings and book Communities Officers and Managers etc. on to Stakeholder meetings and record any outputs or outcomes.

Work with our Commissioned partners on projects and services to capture metric, performance and impact data.

Work with our Social Impact Manager to effectively co-ordinate and record organisational activity to meet the vision of the Communities Strategy.

Proactively collate and deliver performance reporting; being curious to understand what the data is indicating such as trends, patterns and communicating this with the team and Management.

Co-ordinate and assist the Communities Team in the planning and delivery of internal and external communication events on internal digital platforms and social media.

Support the team to integrate UC verification referrals through and administration support.

Being flexible as pilot projects emerge by considering an appropriate process to implement and providing administrative and telephone support.

Provide general administrative support to the Communities Team to cover annual leave. This may include clerical duties, such as organising meetings and taking minutes, preparing agendas,

photocopying, filing, sending meeting invitations and associated paperwork, booking venues, and hospitality for meetings, travel arrangements etc.
