Are you a passionate, dedicated Family Support Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Children and Families Support Worker to join a team based in Ilford, Redbridge. 

Pay Rates: £12.90 - £16.30 per hour

Family Support Worker role: Full JD Available

• To facilitate groups for families with children under 5 years in line with Development Matters and EYFS and take lead, planning and evaluating
• Ensure the sessions are recorded and shared with the appropriate services
• Meet the needs of the children and families
• Support parents when needed with things such as behaviour
• Liase with other professionals such as social workers, support workers, education, job centre etc.
• Work closely with colleagues and attend meetings and training sessions to ensure high standards are met

Essential Requirements:

• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in childcare
• Previous experience working with vulnerable families and children ages 0 - 4 years
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
