Are you a passionate, dedicated Family Support Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Family Support Worker to join a supportive team based in a Children in Care Service.  

Pay Rates: £16.50 per hour

Duration: 3 months initally with possible extension

Hours: 37 hrs/week

Family Support Worker role: Full JD Available

• Working alongside Social Workers and Team Managers
• Work directly with children, young people and their families
• Facilitate family time between children and their families who are subject to care proceedings
• Strengthen and develop parenting abilities
• Good understanding on interventions and activities to promote child development
• Undertake life story work with the children and young people
• Reporting, assessing and monitoring
• Attend meetings and reviews

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience working with vulnerable children, young people and their families
• Previous experience in family support and supervising contacts
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced Child DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
