Are you a passionate, dedicated Family Support Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Family Worker to join a team based in Children's Services in Wrexham. 

Pay Rates: £11.02 - £13.73

Family Support Worker role: Full JD Available

• Work alongside social workers 
• Provide a care and support plan to children and their families
• Liaise with partner agencies 
• Identify support needed
• To develop trusting relationships with children and their families

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience working with vulnerable children and adults
• Previous experience working in family support
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
