Are you a passionate, dedicated Housing Officer looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Housing Officer to join a team based in Romford. You will be required to provide a high quality housing management service which deals with tenancy and leasehold management services to residents living in social housing. 

Pay Rates: £21.23 per hour 

Duration: 3 months initially with possible extension

Housing Officer role: Full JD Available

• Provide advice in line with tenancy terms, lease conditions, and other policy guidelines.
• Explain and inform residents of policies relevant to their issues and concerns.
• Make clear decisions with regard tenancy and leasehold management.
• Provide a high level of customer care.
• Perform visits and inspections to identify and deliver the right resources.
• Acts as lead case officer to deliver best outcome whether through support or through court action.  
• Work closely with relevant agencies and services.
• Develop support plans with clear outcomes for tenants at risk of failing tenancies.

Essential Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
• Housing Management experience
• Recent experience in a similar role
• Good communication and customer service skills
• GCSE's graded A-C in English and Maths
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
