Housing Specialist - Case officer -Homeless Team- North London

Are you a passionate, dedicated Case Officer looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Housing Specialist Case Officer to work in a Homeless Services in and around the North London area.

Pay Rates: £24.47 - £25.55 per hour Umbrella rates

What you will be doing:

• Knowledge of the relevant legislation relating to homelessness and housing need, with particular reference to the Housing Act 1996, Amended 2002.

• Working experience in the assessment of more complex homeless applications for persons who present themselves to the Council making recommendations and decisions under the relevant housing legislation.

• Knowledge of Northgate (iworld) system. and Information@work system would be a great advantage.

• To ensure an effective homelessness service is provided by the Council, including prompt response to solicitors’ request.
