Are you a passionate, dedicated Service Manager looking for your next role or some additional hours? 4Recruitment Services are Service Manager to work within a Supported Accommodation Service dealing with Homeless adults or those at risk of homelessness in and around the Manchester area.

Pay Rate: £15.47 per hour

What you will be doing:

• We deliver with a psychologically-informed and effective multi-agency approach and work constructively with risk, enabling individuals to make positive life changes towards independence.
• The service manager is responsible for service delivery within their team. They will be supported in this work by their supported management team.
• Working in a supported accommodation project for people who have experience of long term rough sleeping and complex needs.
• Support and accommodation is provided for any gender, singles or couples with or without animals, who are currently rough sleeping with complex needs or found other services are not suitable for their needs. The age range is from 18 years+.
• The client has 8 emergency beds, these are shared rooms and can be used for respite or for customers to see if the like the service and get to know the staff. They are also used whilst waiting for long term accommodation.
• We have an onsite nurse once a week, an alcohol and drug worker and visiting social worker.
• Support offered is tailored to the individual and they dictate the pace of the support.

Essential Requirements:

• Must have experience working with clients from vulnerable groups.
• Must have experience working with people at risk of homelessness & homeless people
• Must have experience of working with long term rough sleepers & complex needs

Additional Information:

• This is a 24 hour staffed service.
