Job Description

Senior Customer service advisor – Cambridge

Location: Office in Mandela house, CB2 3QJ – Option of remote working

Contract:  initial 3 -month contract with possible further extension

Hours: 37 hours per week

Pay: up to £15ph (depending on experience)

The primary purpose of the role is to:

  • Candidates must be competent in Council tax registration and recovery, the use of Northgate Revenues and Benefits and Information at work systems, as well as having good customer service skills and an experience of working in contact centres taking 50 plus calls per day, a willingness to learn new services would be welcomed.
