Up to £48,728 per annum

Job Purpose:

• Promote health and safety, environmental sustainability and quality management in a positive and constructive manner.
• Lead on appraising land for acquisition, assess the nature and extent of market failures to support business case development, and lead on securing planning and other consents.
• Lead on the negotiation of funding, promotion and development agreements, supporting the clients Legal and Finance teams to complete transactions.
• Lead on appointing and contract managing design and technical consultants during RIBA Stages 0 to 2.
• Advise on the market-facing aspects of scheme development, ensure that premises meet occupier needs to maximise financial and non-financial outcomes, and oversee sales and marketing for lettings and disposals.
• Ensure that internal and external colleagues are clear of their direction, and role model behaviours to ensure that teams are highly motivated and productive to deliver successful outcomes.
• Ensure that strong budgetary control and financial management is undertaken throughout your areas of responsibility, and produce robust evidence of progress, efficiency and value for money.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, prioritising what is most important and urgent.
