Pay Rates: £14.64 - £18.23  per hour Umbrella rates

Information on the Role:

We require 2 candidates to work in our busy Contact Centre. Please note that only those with either Repairs and or Housing Needs experience will be considered.

This role will involve taking calls from our residents for either Repairs/Housing Management or Housing Needs/Homelessness.  Must have a can do attitude and to work as part of a dynamic team.

What you will be doing:

• Answering and making calls
• Updating the system.
