Payroll and Pension Consultant – Twickenham (Temp Vacancy)

Umbrella Pay Rate: £30.00ph

Full-Time (37 hours)

Job Purpose:

• Work with payroll provider to ensure transfer of data and calculations align within new system (and within our policy)
• Support design and testing of new itrent payroll features and functions
• Review monthly payroll reports for each period to ensure any errors and issues are identified and rectified in line with timeline to process monthly payruns with payroll provider
• Review over/underpayments and support the processing of emergency payments in line with our policy
• Review payroll and expenses reports/processes and ensure they are reported correctly
• Supporting the processing of starters and leavers whilst new service goes lives
• Working with finance teams and Pension bodies to ensure return are on time and accurate (LGPS, TPS, NHS) Extensive experience using iTrent payroll system (essential)
• Extensive experience in Payroll and Pensions (essential)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills Ideally have system testing experience
• Ability to work effectively on a solo basis and in a team
