Senior Social Worker | Adults Older Persons Team | Cambridgeshire

Contract –

We require an experienced Social Worker to work within an Adults Older Persons Team based within Cambridgeshire. To be successful for this role, you are required to have a minimum of 2 years recent Social Work experience of working within an Adults Services team.

The successful Social Worker will have experience of:

• Carrying out assessment's for Older Persons and their carers
• Obtaining multi-disciplinary assessment of need
• Care management
• Designing intensive care packages
• Carrying a caseload of service users
• Make recommendations for short-term care, intermittent care and permanent residential care where appropriate
• Self-directed support / personal budgets

To apply for this role you must have:

• A relevant Social Work qualification (BA/MA Social Work/DipSW or equivalent)
• Be HCPC Registered
• Be eligible to work within the UK
• Be a car driver

Salary is £30 Per Hour
