Complaints Officer – Northampton (Temp Vacancy)

Pay Rate: £12.03ph

Full-Time (37 hours)

Job Purpose:

Complaints Officer required with experience of coordinating and responding to customer complaints, must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work as part of the wider team NPH.  This role is responsible for dealing with escalated complaint requests where not being able to be dealt with at Stage 1.
