Customer Accounts Specialist

Salary: £ 19.55 Per Hour (Umbrella)

Full Time (37 hours per week)

Role Purpose:

To provide effective and efficient customer account management with the overall objective to reduce arrears, maximise the collection of income and sustain tenancies for our client.   

Responsibilities:

• To manage low level account collection for rent and arrears
• To call customers in relation to their rent account, in order to collect payments, set up pay arrangements
• To manage the direct debits process
• To undertake administration duties relating to customer accounts
• To undertake the collection of debts in accordance with our clients income collection policies and procedures, working with other staff to collectively meet objectives 
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities of an equivalent nature as required
• To ensure compliance with our clients Equality & Diversity, Health & Safety policies and general Data Protection Regulations
