Financial Assistant | Cambridgeshire County Council

4Recruitment Services are seeking Financial Assistants for Cambridgeshire County Council to provide financial support to vulnerable adults and their carers. You will financially assess adults for social care services for both Residential and Community Care in accordance with the Care Act 2014 and Council policy.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing an effective, customer focused support service to users of the Financial Assessments Service. You will be providing high quality administration support to the team whilst delivering a high level of customer service to the department's customers. You will assist with service requests and queries and deliver financial administrative support where required.

You will need previous experience in Business Administration or Finance and will be able to work independently within a fast-paced environment. Proven customer service skills are essential in additional to good IT skills with knowledge of MS Office Applications and the ability to process financial data. Also, Experience in financial assessment or social care processes and Knowledge of Oracle and/or Agresso ERP Systems are desirable.

Salary is £9.68 ph.
