Legal Officer – Basildon (Temp Vacancy)

Umbrella Rate: £14.00ph

Full-Time (37 hours)

Job Purpose:

Varied administrative assistance required in a busy Legal Service, including but not limited to:

Support in the weekly sealing process for the organisation – regular office attendance required (up to 3 days per week)

• Issuing instructions to solicitors
• Use and management of a Legal Case Management System
• Management of a service mailbox
• Ad-hoc support in relation to processing invoices and income
• Supporting the progression of various Property and Contracts matters
